Hello!

Thank you for signing up for Youth Worship – please take a note of which week you have signed up for! We are really looking forward to seeing you!

Please bring a completed parental consent form with you if you haven't already returned one this term. Youth Consent Form 2020 (covid).pdf 

In preparation for attending please:

- aim to arrive no earlier than 6:45am and ensure you keep social distance when outside and when you come in  
- use the door at the side of the foyer doors to enter (not the main foyer doors)
- wash your hands and use the toilet before leaving home
- bring your own bible, notepad, pen and drink bottle
- bring warm clothing as windows will be open for ventilation purposes
- bring an umbrella and/or coat as we will stand outside for parents to collect at the end

Please note the following for Covid - 19 Safety:
Do not attend the event if you or a member of your family start to display symptoms of Covid-19, the main symptoms include the following:

• a new continuous cough
• a high temperature

• a loss of, or change in, your normal sense of taste or smell (anosmia)

Please follow the government guidelines if you develop symptoms.
